Our Team

Ben Lassiter, a native of Pike Road, AL, was born with a passion for working with the land. From a young age, Ben loved working for his dad and grandad at Lassiter Construction Company, operating heavy equipment and building beautiful ponds, that was their specialty. Ben knew early on that construction was in his future and after graduating from Alabama Christian Academy, he went to Auburn University to obtain a degree in Building Science. Ben worked for Rabren General Contractors to pay his way through school, gaining further experience in the world of construction. After earning his degree, Ben took a job with C and C Constractors, where he oversaw the development of the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, AL. He later took a job as an estimator/project manager with Dubose Construction that put him closer to home in Pike Road. While with Dubose, he oversaw many projects such as the reconstruction of historic Dexter Avenue and assisted Dubose Construction in starting their asphalt division. In May of 2018, Ben started his own construction company, Site Pros, LLC, that specializes in site development. Ben and his wife, Katie, along with their two sons, Mason and Jack, enjoy spending time with family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and activities with their Landmark Church family.

Tommy Johnson, “The Loader Man”, handles all the loading and is responsible for blending all our top soil and super soil. Tommy has been with the company for 15 years. When Tommy is not working he loves to spend time with family. He has been happily married for 17 years. He also likes to vacation in Panama City Beach.
